'Caps Off' for radiology and respiratory therapy

• Unlimited student loan payments for radiology technologists and registered respiratory therapists working in mission-critical hospital and outpatient units
• Annual payment of $5,250 with a ~12-month work commitment
• Renew annually until your loans are paid in full
• Incentives paid directly to the employee
• Includes CT, US, Mammogram, and ECHO techs

Graduate professionals

• $10,000 in student loan repayment
• Annual payments of $2,500
• Renewable annually up to four times
• Incentives paid directly to the employee
• Requires a 12-month work commitment
• Includes physical, occupational, and speech therapists, pharmacists, physician assistants, psychologists, medical and lab techs

Assisting professionals

• Up to $5,000 in student loan repayment
• Annual payments of $2,500
• ~12-month work commitment for each payment
• Incentives paid directly to employees
• Includes certified PT/OT assistants, speech-language pathologists, and perfusionists

Workforce development programs that fund payment of educational expenses on behalf of an employed student while enrolled in a CoxHealth-sponsored certificate, certification, licensure, or degree program provided by an accredited institution of higher learning. These programs may include an apprenticeship component if paid on‐the‐job training is required.

LPN and ASN Graduates Program
