Sports Physicals from CoxHealth

Pre-participation physicals are required to participate in sports, camps, school and other activities. Certain CoxHealth locations offer pre-participation physicals for $25 due at the time of exam.

Sports physicals and assessments are also performed by a team of sports medicine physicians, nurses and athletic trainers at select schools where CoxHealth provides sports medicine services. Check with your school's athletic department for details.
