Fitness Orientation
Our fitness orientation is a one-time, hour-long assessment that helps you establish goals and gain an awareness of your individual health risks and how to prevent them. Discover what factors can be controlled through diet and exercise and what may require medical attention. You will also learn how your body responds to physical stress to avoid potential illnesses and injuries.
This service is FREE to all members, annually.
