Some membership applications will need additional information and/or forms. A member services team member will be in contact with you via phone and email for additional information/forms that are needed. Applicants are encouraged to stop by Meyer, North and/or Republic within the first week of application submission. Applicants are also encouraged to reach out to speak with a member services team member if you have any questions.
