CoxHealth's Center for Research supports the research needs of our outstanding clinicians. We do this by developing sustainable programs and oversight for clinical trials, investigator-initiated research and academic research. Nursing and Therapies Research Council

The Nursing and Therapies Research Council functions to aid CoxHealth staff who wish to perform their own research, as an advocate for research in the system, and as a council of professional judgment, when appropriate. The council's passion is health sciences research that adds to the field's knowledge base, and incorporating research into practice. Our purpose is to better patient outcomes and experiences as a whole by our impact on practice, education, and research via our own conduction of research, providing assistance to other professionals interested in research, and the dissemination of our findings.
