Cardiac Rehab: Barton County
Our Barton County cardiopulmonary rehab clinic is located at Cox Barton County Hospital. Cardiac rehab is an individualized treatment program, including evaluation and instruction on physical activity, nutrition, stress management and other health related issues. There are certain diagnoses that make patients eligible for this program, such as myocardial infarction, coronary artery bypass grafting, angina, heart failure, coronary artery stent or a heart transplant.
