CoxHealth Fitness Center The Meyer Center
The Meyer Center is our 70,000 square foot flagship facility. This spacious facility has two fitness floors, including: 2 full strength circuits, free weights, a cardio area, basketball courts, racquetball courts, a track, a lap pool, and a warm water therapy pool. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our locker rooms, which include a sauna, a steam room, and a whirlpool in each, towels are provided as well. We also have certified personal training and a registered dietician, available to help you reach your goals. Group exercise classes are available for members of all fitness levels. Thanks to our medical fitness model, our members have access to screenings, assessments, and personal services to help them stay on track as they work toward a healthier lifestyle. Membership is open to the community!
