Universal masking at CoxHealth

In light of our community’s gradual opening, and an increase in volume on our campuses, beginning Monday, May 4, all employees and providers on CoxHealth campuses will be required to wear a mask or face covering.

This is an expansion of our current masking policy in place for several weeks that requires all employees with direct patient care to mask.

The masks or face coverings for employees and providers should be worn at all times during patient contact and/or when in a common space.

Patients and visitors are strongly encouraged to wear a mask or face covering when entering CoxHealth facilities. As the COVID-19 pandemic evolves, masking policies may change for patients and visitors.
