Photography and Logos

Media Policy

• CoxHealth's Corporate Communications team is responsible for coordinating any interviews, photographs, videos, or other coverage involving CoxHealth employees, physicians, or patients.
• Corporate Communications must approve requests for interviews and photographs with patients, physicians, or colleagues at all CoxHealth facilities before scheduling.
• In the interest of patient privacy and compliance, CoxHealth's Corporate Communications team will accompany news media at all times on CoxHealth property.
• In the interest of patient privacy and safety, CoxHealth strictly limits any filming, photography, and media in clinical spaces.
• News media are not permitted on CoxHealth property without a CoxHealth Corporate Communications team member present.
• In some cases, CoxHealth is permitted to release a patient’s condition if news media provides the patient’s first and last name with correct spelling. Please note that we are unable to release information about patients who have requested that no information be released.
