Candidate requirements

Candidates are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology as well as an ASCPi or AMT MLS certification. We also prefer you to have a valid VisaScreen certificate.

Immigration process

  2. Complete the online DS-160 form.
  3. Schedule your embassy interview.
  4. Receive your H-1B visa.
  5. Make travel plans to relocate to the U.S.
  6. Within your first year at CoxHealth, we will start your green card process by filing your PERM Labor Certification application.
  7. Once your PERM Labor Certification is approved, CoxHealth will file your I-140 petition.
  8. After receiving your I-140 approval, CoxHealth will file your I-485 adjustment of status. Retrogression may affect how quickly we can file your I-485.
  9. Complete your biometrics appointment, if requested.
  10. Receive your green card.
