New! Self Check-In

Now you can register from the comfort of home before your next scheduled primary care appointment. This new service is currently only available to CoxHealth Center Lebanon, CoxHealth Nixa Clinic, and CoxHealth Republic Clinic patients.

Two days before your appointment, you’ll receive an email or text with a link. Click on this link using your smartphone or computer to complete registration before your appointment.

When you arrive at the clinic, visit our self check-in kiosk or scan the displayed QR code to let us know you’ve arrived. Then take a seat in our waiting area until we call your name. We look forward to seeing you.
