IT Systems Analyst I:
Job Summary
- The IT Systems Analyst is responsible for designing, testing, implementing, and troubleshooting IT applications, mainly Hyland Onbase document imaging application, and for ensuring the availability, stability, and reliability of those applications. They monitor system performance, identify, and resolve technical issues, and ensure efficient operation of all clinical systems. The analyst also provides technical support to end-users and collaborates with other IT teams to resolve complex technical problems related to clinical systems.
- The IT Systems Analyst supporting Onbase will interact with end users on system issues, requests for new functionality, or modifications to the existing solution. This role will also build expertise with OnBase functions and troubleshooting of the solution. Knowledge of solution-related hardware (scanners), interfaces and import processes is also expected. The OnBase IT Systems Analyst will possess a combination of technical expertise, logic, and strong analytical skills. This role will successfully complete the Hyland System Administrator certification, and will pursue a detailed understanding of OnBase System functionality, related systems, and the current implementation. When developing new OnBase solutions for business units, the System Administrator will facilitate gathering of business requirements, creation of the solution design, and configuration of the OnBase system for the new solution. New solution development may also be done as part of a formal external or internal implementation team.

- Preferred: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience
- Required: 2 years of experience in healthcare clinical workflows and/or IT support, including experience with nursing, provider, or ancillary department technologies OR Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, a related field.

The Workday IT Solution Analyst is responsible for providing technical and workflow support for Workday, Tecsys, and related Supply Chain applications.
