Jade Moore, NP, joins team at CoxHealth Center Mountain Grove

CoxHealth Center Mountain Grove is pleased to welcome Jade Moore, family nurse practitioner, as a provider to its team.

Joining as the newest provider at CoxHealth Center Mountain Grove, Jade will see patients of all ages for acute and chronic primary care.

As a local to Wright County, Jade is excited to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to those in her rural community.

“It’s extremely special to have the opportunity to bring care directly to my neighbors and friends,” says Jade. “As someone who grew up in a rural community, I understand the importance of having accessible, quality providers.”

Outside of the medical profession, Jade enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, as well as reading and being outdoors.
